The VIJNANA YOGA tradition that I provide is anchored in 7 great principles. These principles lead our practice. And that practice comes from looking and listening to inside.
In shared practice on the mat, we invite the wisdom of the body to speak – listening closely as its authentic form gently reveals itself.
As we slow down the way we move, fine tuning to the body, slowly, safely, we open up the field of possibilities.
You now evolve into a practice that is softer, deeper and more organic, less mechanical.
The body opens up and speaks up, slowly trusting this slow-motion core practice. At last it relaxes and starts offering you more.
As you practice VIJNANA YOGA, you become less of a doer. You stop pushing, you let things unfold: you observe/watch what is happening in you.
In the ancient yoga texts, it is said that yoga is a way to access a higher state of consciousness. In real life, it helps to know yourself better, intimately, and to address your body-mind in a different and new/refreshing way, as well as the world around you.

I teach private classes that can vary from 1 hour and half to 2 hours, as requested. We practice together the 3 pillars of VIJNANA YOGA during each class: sitting (a sort of meditation), breathing and postures.
You will be sitting, standing, lying down, depending on the moment and according to your needs.
This way the body, the breath and the mind can align, following the same rhythm, gently respecting the true form of your body.
You’re invited to explore a practice that awakens your body’s wisdom and harmony, supported by my guidance and experience. My job is to help you expand your abilities, confidently and safely through a class tailored to your needs and abilities.
